Driver Agreement

Effective Date: 4/21/2026

1. Independent Contractor Status

You agree that you are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Halluber. You control your own schedule, vehicle, and acceptance or rejection of ride requests. Halluber does not direct or supervise your driving.

2. Eligibility and Verification

To drive with Halluber, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least one year (three years if under 23).
• Provide proof of valid personal auto insurance.
• Pass a background check (criminal and driving record).
• Operate a 4-door vehicle that meets Halluber's age and condition requirements.

You agree to re‑verify your documents annually and to notify Halluber immediately of any changes to your license, insurance, or criminal record.

3. Accepting and Rejecting Rides

You have the unconditional right to accept or reject any ride request. Halluber does not impose penalties, minimum acceptance rates, or deactivation for rejecting trips. You may go online and offline at any time.

4. Payment and Cash Rides

You keep 100% of cash payments from passengers. Halluber charges no fee on cash trips. For card payments, Halluber deducts a service fee (displayed in your app before each ride). Tips are 100% yours, whether cash or in-app.

5. Safety and Conduct

You agree to follow all traffic laws, maintain a clean and safe vehicle, and treat passengers with respect. Any violation, including discrimination or harassment, may result in immediate deactivation.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Halluber may deactivate your account immediately for violation of these terms or for illegal activity.
