Cash Payment Clause

Cash Payment Clause

1. Cash as a Payment Method

Passengers may pay for their ride using cash directly to the driver at the end of the trip. The cash fare is identical to the card fare shown before booking. Drivers cannot charge more than the agreed price.

2. Driver Cash Earnings

Drivers keep 100% of cash payments. Halluber does not deduct any fees, commissions, or service charges from cash rides. Drivers are solely responsible for reporting cash income to tax authorities as required by law.

3. Change and Exact Fare

Drivers are not required to carry large amounts of change. Passengers are encouraged to carry small bills. Halluber recommends agreeing on change before the ride ends to avoid disputes.

4. Disputes and Receipts

For cash rides, the passenger will still receive a digital receipt via SMS or in-app notification showing the agreed fare. If a dispute arises, Halluber will review the trip data (GPS, timestamp) to resolve fairly.

5. No Cash? No Problem.

Passengers can always pay by card in the app. Drivers are not required to accept cash if they prefer card-only, but cash is welcomed on all Halluber rides.
