Passenger Agreement

1. Booking and Pricing

You see the total fare before confirming a ride. That price is final — no surge pricing, no hidden fees, no per-minute charges. You may pay by cash or card at the same fare.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a ride within 2 minutes of booking at no charge. After 2 minutes, a small cancellation fee may apply to compensate the driver’s time. No fee if the driver is late or cancels.

3. Rider Conduct

You agree to treat drivers with respect. No smoking, eating, or damaging the vehicle. You are responsible for any mess or damage caused during the ride. Halluber may ban users who violate this policy.

4. Safety and Reporting

You may share your trip with friends or family. Use the in-app panic button for emergencies. Report any safety concerns immediately — Halluber reviews every report within hours.

5. Liability

Halluber connects riders and drivers but is not a transportation carrier. Your ride is provided by the driver as an independent contractor. Halluber's liability is limited to the fare amount paid.
